海外配送ポリシー（International Orders）

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Method

International orders are shipped via the carrier designated by SLOW TEMPO under the applicable international shipping terms.

2. Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

3. Pre-Shipment Confirmation

Before shipping your order, we may send you a confirmation email regarding import duties, taxes, and customs charges.

Your order will be shipped only after we receive your confirmation and acceptance of these terms.

4. Refused or Returned Shipments

A shipment may be returned to us if:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs charges are not paid.
  • The shipment is refused by the recipient.
  • The shipment is unclaimed within the carrier's holding period.
  • Delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  • The shipment is returned for any other reason beyond our control.

In such cases, we will refund the order amount after deducting the actual costs incurred.

These costs may include, but are not limited to:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Import duties and taxes
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Carrier handling fees
  • Any other actual costs incurred in connection with the shipment or customs procedures

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the returned shipment has been received and all actual costs have been confirmed.

If there is any remaining balance after deducting these costs, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

If the total actual costs incurred exceed the amount paid for the order, no refund will be issued.

If the actual costs exceed the order amount, we reserve the right to invoice the customer separately for the outstanding balance.

6. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the shipping address, telephone number, and email address.

Any delays, returns, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer shall be the customer's responsibility.

7. Acceptance of This Policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Shipping Policy.

By replying to our pre-shipment confirmation email, you further acknowledge and agree to the customer's responsibility for import duties and taxes, the deduction of actual costs from any refund in the event of a returned shipment, and, where applicable, separate billing for any outstanding balance exceeding the order amount.
