The harvest moon was very beautiful the other day.
There are lots of delicious things in autumn!
I can't relax and enjoy delicious food and drinks at my favorite restaurant anymore, but I still find some fun in any situation.
Autumn items have been arriving in stores since around August.
Finally, the number of autumn-like days is increasing, so I'm typing away at my keyboard, wanting to express my feelings in one shot (laughs).
The fashion industry is fast changing.
It's good to enjoy it, and it's also good to pursue things that are universal and unchanging.
As for myself, rather than chasing trends, I've continued to do the things and things I really love while making small steps to improve.
That's the brand I'm thinking of: "melple"
We don't make things that chase after passing trends, have excessive designs that people get tired of, or that become difficult to mix and match after a while.
Clothes and styles that you feel comfortable in.
Clothes that you've been wearing for years without realizing it, or clothes that you still wear even if you pull them out after 10 years.
It's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it's a Western restaurant that's been loved by locals for decades.
That's the kind of thing I want to create.
The item I'm introducing today is an "evolving classic" filled with that same feeling.

The amazing stretch and the beautiful silhouette that has been carefully calculated set it apart from similar products and are loved by many people.
The Winter Cat is the autumn/winter version of the Tom Cat.
To be honest, I don't remember the details, but how many years has it been on sale?
This is a very popular series every season.
Winter Cat has released a long-awaited new product this season.
I'm sure you'll be in a good mood! So I'd like to introduce it to you (lol)
First, let me explain about Winter Cat's fabric (material).
The fabric, woven from polyester and rayon, has moisture absorbing and heat generating properties that convert moisture and sweat released from the body into heat, and the lightly brushed backing makes it incredibly comfortable!
And because it's the winter version of Tomcat, it's stretchy and very comfortable to wear!!
Winter cats are made using this fabric.
Normally we would start by introducing the tops, but melple starts with the pants!
I am only 165cm tall, and it has been difficult for me to find a pair of pants that I truly consider to be the best, so I put more effort than most into creating the silhouette of my pants.
After making numerous revisions and finally making minute adjustments down to the millimeter, I created the perfect S size - my own size.
From there we create a grading for each size.
Maybe it's a by-product of my complex about being short! (laughs)

While maintaining the silhouette of classic winter cat pants, the front has been changed to an L-shaped pocket, giving it a more casual impression.
It has five pockets and the zipper pocket on the front right has a custom-made leather tassel attached.
This tassel is made using leather from the British company CF Stead, which is also used by Clarks and other fashion brands.
Not only can it be used as an accent piece as a tassel, but it can also be removed and used as a key holder by itself.
I think it's a great idea! It's one of the reasons I recommend it (laughs).
There is a yoke (switch) on the back, and the neat back pocket that makes use of the yoke is also a distinctive feature.
Although there are belt loops around the waist, it also has a spindle (string) on the inside so it can be worn without a belt.
I've been wearing it without a belt for the past few years, so I wanted to try pairing it with a proper belt.
I'm in the mood for a sweet and spicy look, with a casual cut-and-sew top on top, tucked in and belted.
When it gets a bit cooler, I think you can just throw on a jacket and look stylish without looking too formal.

This time I chose a size M to create a more relaxed and comfortable look.
Greige has a slightly grayish beige hue that gives it a mature impression.
I tried the S size on this one, which fit just right.
I used black on the cut and sew top and sneakers to give the look a more refined look.
The black and brown combination has been my favorite for the past few years.
And the elegant charcoal color gives it an American traditional look.
I deliberately paired it with a flashy cut-and-sew top, and the pants are a size M, giving it a loose, casual look.
However, I think pairing this charcoal look with an oxford shirt would also look great, creating a very American traditional look.
By the way, just like the Tomcat series, we want as many people as possible to try it out, so we have sizes available from S, M, L, and XL.
This post is getting long, so I'll just briefly introduce the jacket that goes with it.
As someone born in the Showa era, the phrase "more than friends, less than lovers" still sticks in my head (laughs).
This item is more than a cardigan, but less than a jacket!
The lapels have been eliminated for a clean, cardigan-like finish.
While there is room in both the shoulders and body width, it is not an extremely loose fit, maintaining a beautiful silhouette and giving a firm impression.
The right side of the garment is accented with a zipper pocket with a leather tassel, just like the pants.
As I wrote at the beginning, it's less than a jacket, so it's a piece that you can wear casually without feeling self-conscious.
In addition to the set-up, it can be easily matched with various materials such as denim, corduroy, and chinos, and the silhouette is also versatile, from slim to wide easy pants.
